By creating an account, accessing, or using LittleVestor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the child.
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add to a family. LittleVestor is intended for children only under the supervision of such an adult. By adding a child profile you confirm that you have the authority to consent to our collection and use of that child's information as described in our Privacy Policy.
To use LittleVestor, you must create a parent account by providing accurate and complete information. As a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for:
Child profiles are created and managed by the parent and use a username and PIN to sign in. LittleVestor is an educational tool that uses virtual currency only — it is not a bank, payment service, or real-money account, and balances, rewards, and savings goals inside the app have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn as real money.

LittleVestor offers various subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle.
Refunds are handled by Paddle in line with our Refund Policy. You can request a refund through Paddle, which manages returns on our behalf as Merchant of Record. Please see our Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request one.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using LittleVestor, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
In no event shall LittleVestor, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The legal business name is Ekstremac doo Kragujevac.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, where our operating entity Ekstremac doo Kragujevac is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of LittleVestor after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
